This equipment is designed for predicting the ceramic tableware products resistance to impact breakage in service. It includes four tests. The impact tests at the center of both flatware and hollow ware, at the rim of hollow ware, and chipping tests at the rim of flatware.

Ceramic Impact Tester

● This equipment supports four types of ceramic tableware impact tests. Equip different clamps to finish each of test.

● This equipment designs a broad range of pendulum impact angle from 10° to 85° at the dial segment. Customer can adjust the impact (blow) force until the specimen fracture.

● This equipment provides a smooth movement (forward or backward) for the releasing device on the dial segment.

● Use the handwheel to easily control the specimen and pendulum hammer in horizontal and vertical position adjustment.
